Blackstone cheesesteak

Postby bsooner75 » Sat Jan 30, 2021 8:41 pm

Parts said he started putting Sucklebusters Espresso rub on most everything so I tried it on the cheesesteaks and they were dang good.

Couple of local brews as well because that is GRails new requirement for a quality post :D

I know I started off trying to take these in landscape but pretty sure the beer kicked in at some point and I lost track…sorry.

Haha no but that sharpie looks official, right?

Guy was opening a brewery in downtown Prosper but Corona happened. Still brewing beer and selling on a pick up basis only. Eventually he will open up but waiting things out. He is making some good beers though

Yes, it does, you have very nice penmanship.

I am just not a big hops guy. And those IPA's tend to be that way.

That looks great, except that I first read cheesecake.must be my craving at the moment. Have to try those cheesesteaks.

Beer from local small breweries are usually excellent. I'm not a big fan of IPA but I could have some of those Bock beers.

Seeing Boomer sitting there makes me think of how much I miss Fonzie sitting next to the counter or grill when I cook. Boomer looks cool and fits the job as a sous chef.

Thanks y’all!

Parts - we got cabbage and meatballs on the menu later in the week. Probably going to be done in a skillet since the wife will be making it but it’s still good.
