Deep Fried Yardbird

Postby tex_toby » Sun Jan 17, 2021 8:27 am

I wanted to use the oil I used for my Thanksgiving turkey one more time before tossing it out. Tonight we had deep fried yardbird and it certainly hit da spot!

I’ve never seen a whole chicken fried like a Turkey; I’ll bet that was good

Toby - those birds look spot on. I second what Rambo said. I’m going to have to give that a shot next time I break out the fry pot.

Beautiful piece of land you have as well.
