Bacon makes everything better ...

Postby daBertl » Sat Jan 16, 2021 2:03 pm

... but thai ingredients makes it phenomenal.
Today we had some Oysters and Salmon.
I made the Salmon Sauce with Wasabi and Chili and my wife made the Sauces which made the Oysters the best I ever had.
It was superspicy but we 4 like it that way.

That looks Awesome, Bertl, I used to be a huge "raw oyster on the half shell" eater until one day I became intolerant/allergic/??? to them and haven't been able to enjoy them since. :whiteflag:

Now you got me craving oysters. Soon as this craziness is done wife and I will be heading to the gulf coast. Of course I could just make a trip to the market, it’s all of a mile down the road. :texas:

It is the same with me. Unfortunately I can only eat a small amount of seafood which is so strong as Oysters are. 3 were enough for me. Instead I could eat half of the Salmon, but I did not do that :D
It is the same with bavarian Livercheese, white Sausages, and anything which has minced fish inside. The last one forces me to vomit imediately.

But unfortunately, I love it to eat that all :dont: :laughing7:

OUCH - - Clams, Mussells and Oysters make me deathly sick so I'm ultra-careful eating off of menus that I don't know exactly what the ingredients are. They have even made my face swell on occasions :banghead:
