Big thanks to Joe for sharing his Gravlax recipe. Quick and easy to make and delicious.

Looks awesome. Glad you liked it. Did you use any booze on ur?

I see you eat it with cream cheese and capers which I like too. Another favorite is with a dill and mustard sauce and dill stewed potatoes.

I like this sauce:

3 tbsp of Dijon mustard
3 tbsp of sweet coarse mustard
1 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of juice from a squeezed lemon
0.8 cup of sunflower oil
0.4 cup of Chopped fresh dill
Salt & Pepper

Didn’t have the booze you used and forgot to look while I was at the store. Ended up using some of the wife’s brandy. She really liked the finished product so big win all the way around.
