A tragic year is coming to an end. Not much to celebrate except that it is ending. Still a good reason to eat well.
We made a little nacho with guacamole and salsa for starter.
Cooked a sirloin roast in the oven and served with homemade bearnaise, broccoli and pomme Anna.
Happy new year everyone. May 2021 be much better than 2020.
