Not oil, simply because I was on the road when I bought it, so I didn’t have any. But I did have butter, so I melted a small amount into a bowl then coated them that way. And I think the cook time and temp was about 400 for 20 minutes. But I am sure that all may vary from model to model. Mine turned out great, I also did some steak in it as well, but over cooked it. Just need more practice is all.

I did go buy some oil after that and coated them. Olive oil, the excess just ran off into the bottom during the cook. I may still have the photos I will look later when I go for some Ladourche Parrish seafood this evening and watch part of the game.
