A few weeks ago I was so lucky to receive two packages of garam masala and a red mix.
Haven't had a chance to try it out before yesterday. Made a pot of chicken tikka masala. Used the garam masala I got. It tasted fantastic. Very flavorful and tasty.
Here are a few pictures of the cook.
Thanks again, Russ.
I can't say how much I love this forum and all the great folks in here. A couple of years ago and I couldn't imagine I would receive spices from New Zealand, cornbread cast iron, handmade coasters from Texas and a cap from Maine. How cool is that?
I'm grateful.

Several of us have received goodies from your Neighborhood also.
I certainly enjoyed my introduction to those Lefse (sp?)
Also got to wallow in some New Zealand based Tandoori Spices a couple of years back.

It’s a brotherhood in the neighborhood. Good people make great camaraderie. I particularly enjoy the sharing of experiences with friends in foreign countries like Norway, New Zealand, Italy, Maine and the Poconos...
