Bockbock made me do it

Postby egghead » Thu Oct 22, 2020 7:08 pm

Skewered sprouts and bacon. The meral skewers Bockbock used would be easier. But If you use wooden skewers Poke a hole with an ice pic then ream with a wooden skewer, and coat your skewer with a little EVOO.

Dusted with S/B Hoochie Mama and drizzled with honey. Excellent eats.

Oh man I got to try that. I have a brussels sprout plant spitting the little buds off like a shotgun right now.

I’ll do this again but with metal skewers.

How long time did they take on the grill?

Looks great and would be a fine side to many dishes.

Looks Delish... :salut:

My wife used to hate Brussel Sprouts.
Took a long time to convert her. :laughing7:
Had to get them myself at first, then was able to get her to put them on the shopping list (only if I asked).
Now she adds them to the list.

Hated brussel sprouts growing up. Since tastes change, I will have to give this a try.
