Sometimes I'll change my diet or get burned out on something and then other sides get forgotten in the process. Such was the case of "Hoppin Johnnie" (AKA John). To me it's just a different Texas Caviar and very good when I add some sauteed bacon and seasonings. Used it today along side some Chicken Friend Chicken Steaks, Rice and Cream Gravy. "yum"
