Grande ABT, made from pablano Chiles. Stuffed with shrimp and bacon wrapped. CF

Roasted and peeled.

I like pablanos as they are a good pepper for people who don't like alot of heat, but add just a touch for those who do, especially if you leave a few seeds in some. They are a great size for stuffing too! Those look great!

Thanks ya'll, I didn't think they looked all that good but the taste was great.
Dat's no cream cheese, used cheddar that is what was on hand. CF :D

Those look soooo good! I want to try them with the poblanos. They only had japs at the store I shopped at this weekend.
