Looks great. Did you grill/smoke the rack then slice and crust or?

I went with chops instead of a rack. These cook real fast and if medium rare is the target. Cooked any further they just aren’t as good. I used my broiler on Hi following the following. I highly recommend it. Considering the cost of these buggers, I wouldn’t do it any other way.
