Awesome dish Copas,
I've had this many of times and it's delicious. I've had it with Cod along with everything that you are using here. It looks exactly how it should. A good addition is Roma Chunks, Dungeness Crab and a good Italian wine mixed in in the end.

Some of that was in it but when your kids won’t eat certain things and you know it’s going in one way or another. I used a vitamix to grind it up so they wouldn’t see it then. Onions tomatoes and cooked peppers are consistently ones they will not eat.

Cioppino (or Cioppineaux is one of my favorites. First had it in San Francisco and have made it several times.
