I’ll also do that for one of the layers and ricotta on another. Throw a bunch of herbs in the mix as well but Parts I also don’t boil my noodles at all. I let the oven do it for me.

This thread has me thinking Sunday dinner. In my house growing up it meant MeeMaw’s roast dinner. I’m going to have to recreate that sometime soon.
I would have definitely taken some Italian in the rotation as well though.
