N.E.P.A Breakfast time

Postby woodenvisions » Thu Mar 19, 2020 11:22 am

It's Not often that I'm home during the week but since I am today and have been craving Home Fries, I decided to try something new.
Stringed up some Potatoes, Smashed up some Chorizo, Sliced up some Taylor Ham and Reheated some Corned Beef/Pastrami on the portable Skillet.
Layed the Home Fries down first, then Piled the rest on top and then a few Over Easy Eggs on top!

Cheap, Easy, Fast and Tasty.

Speechless and now I'm Hungry - - - had a buddy that was the Lead Geetar player in our Honky Tonk Band and after a Gig sometimes we would stop at an all night Café on the way home (sometimes 3 or 4 in the morning) When the Waitress would ask him how he wanted his eggs, he would reply. "I want to have to eat them with a spoon, OK?" :laughing7:  :D I promise you that he would have been all over that. :salut: :salut:
