Tilapia Taco Tubs Today

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Oct 23, 2019 2:30 pm

Since yesterday was Tilapia Tuesday and there was a large filet left over, Fish Tacos came to mind quickly. Picked up some Jalapeno Poppers at Jack in the Box after the Wife's Appt. Got her some Egg Rolls and Lunch was settled. Lots of Pico, Cilantro, Pepper Jack and JITB Sauce on top of the Fish made for some good munchin.

I think you'll be happy with their taste, Mam, I like them so much better than regular folded Taco Shells. :salut:
