Pork Chop's

Postby Williep » Sat Sep 21, 2019 5:26 am

Picked up some thick boneless center cut pork loin chop's and decided to oven fry them. They soaked in milk and egg for a couple of hour's, then rolled in panko that was mixed with flour and seasoning, laid out on a pan and in the oven at 425*. Then I cheated, I fixed mashed potatoes and gravy out of a package and pea's out of a can. Those chop's came out so tender they would almost melt in your mouth. :salut:

Nicely done on those chops. Growing up in ole shake and bake, it was the only thing my grandmother cooked poorly. Overcooked and not enjoyable. Luckily her pies and chicken soup were a game changer.

That's a wonderful meal!

We use the Idahoan dried taters all the time & they're quite good & very fast!
