Can't Get Enough Seafood

Every Monday, almost every Monday I meet some friend's at the Topwater Grill in San Leon for lunch and sometime's I'll stop on the way home, as I did yesterday, in Seabrook at Rose's Seafood and pick up something for supper. I decided it was going to be burger night so crab burger's it was. :cheers: I don't normally get the jumbo lump but that's all they had, they were waiting on the lump to arrive and I didn't have time to wait.

Is that Louisiana Sauce like a Tartar ?

I guess you could say that it's a substitute for tartar sauce, I like it a lot more than tartar sauce.

I'd take a double to go. Its about the only seafood I haven't eaten yet and I'd have no hesitation to eat two of them right now.

The first one I ever had was about 10 years ago at a place in Port Aransas, Texas, I believe they called it a "Crabby Burger". :salut:
