Hi all,
Haven't been able to contribute to the forum much as far as cooks lately but I have tried to pop in here and there to read, drool and comment
After nearly 3 months, we have appliances again lol.
Deep Sixed the smoker a few months back and still undecided on what to get, probably another Akorn.
So in the meantime I'm experimenting with the Convection Oven and Convection Microwave.
Decided to throw some Chicken Breasts in the Convectionwave and Thighs in the Oven to see how they turn out??
Brushed some Toasted Sesame Oil on the Breasts, then applied the Sasquatch and Sesame Seeds. Going to top them off with some Feta and Cherry Tomatoes in the end, hopefully this turns out ok ...
......To Be Continued.....

Finished pics...
Very happy with the flavor and a bonus was they were loaded with juice, not dry or rubbery one bit after 25 minutes total time...

Re: Saskatchewan Rubbed Feta Sesame Breasts
Thx guys, I'm not a big fan of Chicken Breasts but these were actually better than I expected.
I think the addition of Sesame Oil and Seeds made the dish. The Feta helped too, love that Cheese
