Grubbin in da Oven
Been working in the yard and decided not to fire up the Grill but to use the Oven instead on some Shrimp En Brouchettes and a Bacon wrapped Pork Tenderloin. Sprinkled with Hootchie Mama and Hog Waller Honey and used sliced Jalapeno Rings between the Shrimps. First time to use the double prong K-bob holder on the Shrimp and seem to be doing what I need. I'll coat the Shrimp with Pepper jack right before finishing and BTW "they are available" at Lowe's I'll probably Nuke an Ear for a side and call it Lunch.

Re: Grubbin in da Oven
Everything cooked fine in the Oven but I sure missed the charcoal/smoke that I normally would use. The Sweet Corn this time of year is "Larapin" in the first degree.
