Lovely evening

Postby Norway Joe » Thu May 16, 2019 1:23 pm

What's better than a few slices of cured ham, chopped parmesan and a glass of prosecco on the terrace in a bright warm summer evening?
65f is nice at almost 8.30 PM this time of the year.ImageImage

That ham looks great. The hotel I stayed at in Stavanger had wonderful cuts of meat and cheeses and fresh breads on the breakfast line every morning. And that is what I mostly ate for breakfast.

Joe, Fonzie looks hungry, and there is a big hole in your back yard?

The ham is good. From the west coast.
Fonzie has got his share of cheese.

That hole will soon be filled with the pool. The whole garden is a mess at the moment. Hopefully it will be better soon.

Did you have time to check the regulator for the BS? Not that I want to push you, just curious. As you know I'm going to the us in July. Thinking if bringing one home. Will save both shipping and Norwegian tax (25 % !!)

I have not done anything about that just yet, but i have not forgot about it.

We will have a few more weeks a pretty nice weather, then it will start creeping up there into the high 80’s low 90’s. But me personally, i enjoy hot weather. It doesn’t bother my wife either, she runs in it.

Take your time. No hurry. 90s is warm, but if the air isn't too humid it's ok. We have maybe a handful days during the summer where temperatures are above 77.

Love charcuterie baby, and the deck view is... well, enviable.

As for taxes, don’t get us started here in Texas. We hate snakes, but not as much as taxes.

I drank all of that one, and quite a few others. It was a good evening, but I didn't have any of that nice ham and cheese like you did.
