Eating healthy on the Blackstone
Been trying to eat healthier and drop some pounds. Mainly going easy on the carbs and watching my calories mixed with exercise. So far so good.
Anyway - tonight’s meal was tilapia with Meat Church Holy Cow, green beans with some bacon seasoned with Sucklebusters Lemon Pepper Garlic and a cheesy cauliflower sauerkraut casserole (this is actually dang good) my wife threw in. Made for a good meal!
Side note - today was my last day of physical therapy. Still not 100% pain free but a heck of a lot better. I’ve come a long way since my surgery back in July and have dropped 25 lbs to show it. Thank you to all of you guys for the PM’s to check on me. It means a lot.
I still got 25 more to go…

KUDOS on your recovery progress. I know it hasn't been easy but your discipline helped make it work.

Me either - which is crazy because it was incredibly simple. Oil season cook.

Sooner man,
You ARE Mr Black Stone in my view !!
What a great idea, looks excellent !
I'm sure you agree that it's pretty cool to see more and more members hooking up with the Black Stones !
It would be pretty interesting if the forum had a category for them hint hint hint

Thanks WV. I appreciate the compliment. Griddle cooking is fun and so easy it even makes me look like I know what I’m doing :)
You and TwoGuys crush the griddle as well!

Thanks Bobcat. This is what the doc that did my fusion told me to get me moving.
Back doctor - if you don’t lose weight the rest of your back is going to wind up just like the part we fixed. You don’t want to go through this again do you?
When I was cleared for PT I started trying to diet as well as walking and riding the exercise bike.

That looks very good, even I'm not fond if fish.
Loosing weight and getting fit is always a good thing. Keep up the great progress.
That Blackstone looks very versatile. I guess it's almost like the Japanese teppanyaki tables.
