Bases Loaded Lunch
Fixed a 3 course meal today that used all 3 of my regular kitchen cooking appliances.
Monterey Chicken occupied the Oven.
Roasted Red Pepper Taters consumed the Microwave.
and
Stove Top was busy with some fresh Green Beans being sauteed in chili garlic EVOO, Margarine and Suckle Busters SPG.

Great plate. Chicken is always good. Is Monterey cheese you have on top? And thos potatoes look very tasty. Reminds me about Greek potatoes.

Re: Bases Loaded Lunch
It all looks good, but what really grabs my eye is the green beans. I am now settled that my garden this year will also have a spot for green beans.

That looks great! How were those taters? I never used frozen whole taters, just fry-types and tots.
Moink!

T-Chef, the good thing about the pole bean varied is you can raise a lot of beans in less area. The SPG surely did serve itself well on them also.
Sailor, Mam, those aren't frozen taters. They were in the fresh veggie Dept and I enjoyed them. I did, however, put them in the frig for a few days until I had a chance to cook them. All I had to do was put the unopened pkg in the microwave for 6 mins and then toss and turn before opening to cover them with the seasonings. Green Giant should be available where Y'all shop don't you think? They reminded me of the Cold Veggies called "Steamables"
