Baked Reuben Casserole

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Mar 17, 2019 8:09 pm

Ever since the Pastrami Feast last week, I've been wanting to do something along that line for the holiday today. Came across this recipe that I somewhat followed. Lots of Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut,1,000 Islands Dressing, Eggs,Milk,Fennel Seeds,Rye Bread,Spicy Brown Mustard,Chopped Dill Pickles and some Corned Beef which I turned into Pastrami on the Tabletop Smoker overnight with a splash of ........Wait for it.....Wait for it...Wait for it O.U.P......" Worcestershire Sauce and Liquid Smoke

Made 2 versions, one with and one Without the Kraut for the wife
She doesn't know what she's missing, it was very very good

Good lord Woody, wish you could see how spectacular that looks at 35,000 feet. Unreal.

Wish I could take credit for the dish but it was Just something I copied and slightly altered from a little Leprechaun.
