I'm not afraid of asking nor posting and will continue to do so. I am a member of only a few forums, but this is the only I am actively participating in. That is due to the friendliness, all the nice people and of course all the interesting stuff posted here.

Seems that eggheads post is on it's way to be hijacked. We must let it be about avocado in further posts.

I for was very inspired by the way he did avocado. Simple with EVOO and spg.

I used this as a basis in my cook yesterday. Never had avocado on the grill. Thanks for the post, Egghead. Will use avocado like this as sides or appetizer.
