You should try it together with Ikeas swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes. I bet you can get it in their cafeteria too.

Or make trollcream. That is really good:

500 gram lingonberry
200 gram sugar
2 teaspoon vanillasugar
2 egg whites

Mix all together and whisk until all berries are crushed and it turns into a pink firm foam like eggnog.

Oh, yes, I first had it in their cafeteria with meatballs and potatoes. Delicious! They also sell the lingonberry jam in jars to take home, as well as frozen meatballs and gravy mix. I haven't bought any of those in a while. It's about time to do it again.

Oh! That sounds good. It seems like a type of meringue. I tend to like mixing my berries with whipped cream, but the name alone would probably convince the kids to eat it. :D

Yes, meringue is the word. It's a good dessert.

Just remember, if you're using readymade jelly add less sugar. Readymade jelly already contains a lot of sugar.
