"SPG FOR ME" She Said

SWMBO wanted some more Chicken Fried Chicken Breast today, however, this time I used Suckle Busters SPG instead of table salt and pepper on the meat and in the flour for batter. Not knowing what to expect I was kinda nervous when she said "what did you do differently with the seasonings or batter?" I told her that I used SPG instead of regular S&P and She replied "I've always liked your fried Chicken but this is even better so keep it up !" Threw together some Rice, leftover Elote, Braised Brussel Sprouts and, as my Grand Daughter used to call it, White Gwabie for sides and called it Lunch. :tup:
