I love putting sliced Spam on the bbq grill and cook it. Slather some BBq sauce on it and put it between 2 pieces of bread. Make a great sandwich when hunting.

ok you made me go google to see what that is, not all bad to some one who takes canned chili, and adds canned beans and a few drops of tabasco then calls it lunch.... I did that this week at work.

This is actually one of a limited number of canned items I will even consider buying. Spam is made from pork shoulder and not the typical "ends and pieces" of various parts and/or orifices like is hot dogs and bologna and even your usual "sliced ham" lunch meat.

It's 38% potatoes. 14% meat from pork (no idea about what kind), carrot, onion, leak. Mixed with potato flakes and water which is kind of mashed potatoes.

Tastes ok.
