Made a new dish today. Absolutely delicious and a dish I would recommend.
Sliced a couple of small red onions. Threw them in the pan together with garlic and spinach leaves. Then in an oven resistant pan together with a few halved cherry tomatoes. Seared the bone and skinless chicken in the pan and then put them over the vegetables. Made the sauce of cream, mustard and some chicken broth. Poured over the chicken. Some shredded parmesan cheese on top and in the oven with the pan.
Very easy but very tasty.
