His'n and Her'n Rippers

Postby OldUsedParts » Sun Jan 27, 2019 1:35 pm

Altho I had fixed SWMBO a plain Ripper the other day, today she decided to try a Bacon Wrapped Ripper. She prefixed the order with "if the bacon isn't done, then you can eat it". Not a problem so away I went and now I have created another Ripper Monster. Today was also the first day that I fixed a second one for MOI and I don't think it's the last time either.

The wide one on the left is hers because mine had been pressed together while melting the cheese on it.

My second one had homemade Salsa instead of Sweet Jalapeno Relish like the first did.

I'm still having to do 2 Rippers instead of my 1 but I don't mind at all.
This time I tweeked mine a tad by laying a small bed of Pulled Pork in the Bun under the Ripper Weener.
It tasted OK but from now on the only meat in my Rippers will be the wrapped Weener.

I sure do like the way the thick sliced Jalapeno Bacon works with this.

How bout a Ripper bratwurst with some sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard …

That sounds good, but I just ate a salad so a chunk of tree bark sounds good right now.
