Collards and Cornbread

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Jan 25, 2019 2:23 pm

After W.V. raised the Collard bar the other day, I am tippy toeing on this cook today. :salut:
Picked up a couple bunches of very large and very nice Texas Collard Greens yesterday and they're going in the Pot today.
FIRST THING IS MAKING THE POT LIQUOR or STOCK, if you prefer.
Decided to use the leftover bone from the Christmas Ham and also a smoked Ham Hock but I needed to boil them and then remove the good meat from the Ham Bone.
