Home made fajita
I sliced up 2 boneless skinless breasts an a flank steak into pretty thin strips. Kinda like stirfry size. I also sliced 2 onions and 3 yellow red and orange bell peppers. I seasoned everything with oil and mcormicks fajita packets. I cooked them on a counter top griddle. I never knew how awesome these griddles are. I also whipped up a batch of homemade Spanish rice. Man I love that stuff.

Re: Home made fajita
I can't say how pleased I was with the flank steak. It was really tender.
