Zuppa de Soup Day, Zuppa de Yay

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Jan 11, 2019 12:13 pm

Since I made and sent an entire Pot of Zuppa Tuscana Soup on Christmas and sent it "ALL" to my Oldest Son's for their Italian Themed Christmas Dinner, the Wiffy has been reminding me that she would like some to keep here and eat since it's her favorite Soup. Soooooo today is Her Day to enjoy. It's on the stove simmering and will be in her bowl before too long and I will be a Hero yet once again. :rose: :laughing7:  :D

Thanks, Sooner, I just had two bowls and I'm thinking that it may just be too caliente for the Casa Mama. I used the same recipe that I always use but the potency of the new bottle of crushed red pepper flakes must have be extra leaded and not regular. :dont: Those pics I posted are shameful with that daggone red tint from a used up camera, however, I have ordered a new digital camera and hopefully those problems will be things of the past.

That soup looks delicious. Pretty warming I think and probably good winter food.

Thanks, Y'all, I made plenty and the Wiffy didn't seem to mind the spicyness, even tho some slurps almost took her breath away :dont:
The good thing is that it's that kind of heat that doesn't haunt you but just a few seconds/minutes. :laughing7:

Yo buddy, don't ever doubt that you aren't Mommas hero 24/7 !
Soup is just the bonus my friend and it sounds great. Don't worry about the pics, we know what's in the bowl is what's important !
If you go back and look at all of your posts since " I've " been on here, there are ALOT of where you cook for Sherrys tastes budds before yourself. And that doesn't even count the ones I've missed, so take a moment and give urself a big .

U da man my friend !

No, this isn't one of those mushy beer commercials where I'm only after your beer
