Bavarian Style Ribs

Postby daBertl » Mon Jan 07, 2019 6:14 am

As a Welcome home yesterday I made some Ribs in the oven. During the winter, I do not miss the taste of some special BBQ flavours, so that I made them like a normal "Schweinebraten".

Bert, you and I must be the only 2 on here that use ghee. It's great for cooking Indian food as well. Well done.

I make my own clarified butter, sir! It's easy enough. Besides, I can't find Ghee anywhere near me. Lol

Maybe :D
I use it sometimes if the clarified butter is finished. But I do not make it by my own, I buy it.
