Ripper with a Capital "J"
Condiments with a Capital "J" also
Smoked Weenie Link wrapped in Jalapeno Bacon
Bun dressed with Jalapeno Cream Cheese, Sooner Jalapeno Sauce and Whataburger Creamy Pepper Sauce.
Ready for Consumption with Jalapeno Pepper Jack Cheese and Sweet Jalapeno Relish on top.
Those are NOT Jalapeno Tater Chips, however.

Easy peasy, Justin, basically you just fry the weenie/sausage/etc in hot canola oil and if you want to, you can wrap it with bacon before frying. I usually pour about 3/4" in a sauce pan and turn to get it fried all around. Sometimes I'll even save that oil in a fruit jar in the Frig for future Rippers until it get too dark then I chunk it. NOTE: when you stick the toothpicks into the bacon to hold it in place run them longways into the weenie so the tips doesn't bother rolling and turning while frying. It gives the Hot Dawg a complete new taste experience and I'll never do the old standard again.
Shotgun Red turned me onto them and here is his Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9e7e1McnMcw&t=318s
NOTE 2: He does his on the Griddle but I prefer to fry mine Ripper Style - - - either way should be awesome.
