Philly Flu Steak: Desperation
We're under the weather, and made a run to Aldi for food, which wore us out, and then we realized their deli roast beef slices were Unfit For Normal Consumption. In walks desperation inspiration: Philly Cheese Steak. Slice and sautee onions, shred the beef, throw on some roasted pepper slivers, cheddar and pepper jack slices, and toss it all onto a toasted club roll.
Coffee under all that whipped cream and sprinkles. I need a nap.
PS: Yes, that IS an infomercial 'copper' pan.

I could write an essay.
Its surface is VERY slick, so much so that I have to adjust my cooking technique. We got a square one as well, and its corners make it handy to pour liquids. Both clean out easily enough. The glass lids are heavy, the pans themselves are light.

Re: Philly Flu Steak: Desperation
Thanks, I just picked up "Another" 12" wide, extra deep, non-stick, T-Fal at Wally World but eventually they loose there non-stick surface. However, they last a couple years if not mistreated too badly but if I ever see an Infomercial 12", I'm gonna bite the bullet.

You're welcome, OUP. I probably shouldn't even do this, but...
