Used my friends Home Made Peanut Butter for these Buckeyes :)
1 lb of 65% Cacao Semi Sweet, LOTS of Confectioners Sugar, Melted Butter and Vanilla Extract. Have to " Set " in the fridge for a few hours so tomorrow will be Buckeye Day :)
I did have to sneak a few ....

All these are is some Peanut Butter mixed with Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract, Graham Cracker Crumbs and Butter made into small balls and then chilled and then dipped in Semi Sweet Cacao Chocolate then chilled again.Rambo wrote:I don't know what it is but I'd eat it
They are called " Buckeyes " because they look just Like the " Tree Nut " that's known in the state of Ohio.
That's where the Ohio Buckeyes Football gets it reference.
Its actually a pretty cool looking tree and nut especially when it's split apart.
Basically, if you like Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, you will LOVE these.
First time I've ever made or had them.
So simple, even a Cave Man or Woman can make it.
They can be dangerous, that's all I'll say :)

Look Larapin and makes me Drool but the Caffine is off limits so I'll just be content with drooling on the screen

Re: Late Night Sugar Fix
Ever notice the more work you put into a treat, the better it tastes? These look fantastic and sound a bit laborious. I bet they're pure win!
