Tornado Burger
I've been listening to the Servere Weather Alerts going off on my phone for the past 8 hrs for our area.
Basically, I walked outside to light the Lump and RAN back in lol.
Heavy rain, thunder and lightening made me rethink about grilling some burgers.
Then we hear Tornadoes Highly possible in this county so I abandoned the grill and pulled out the small griddle.
Made a few 1/2 lb burgers. Single for the wife no egg. Mine was a double with 2 eggs,Cherry Tomatoes,Fried Onions,Cheddar and Mozz Cheese on some Charred Artisan Buns. S&P and Mayo and Ketchup. Good Stuff :)

Re: Tornado Burger
Be safe although I’d say a tornado has its work cut out for it picking you up after that burger :)

Hope weather improves brother. I had a burger last night, it didn't look like that. Man that's a burger.

Everything is still in-tact although there's the expected flooding reported widespread. Hoping everyone made it thru it ok on the Delaware, they were in a bad spot last night/today with the way that river gets from the delayed surge.bsooner75 wrote:Be safe although I’d say a tornado has its work cut out for it picking you up after that burger :)

Re: Tornado Burger
I just grabbed it like a taco and went from there. The best part was taking the charred bun pieces and sopping up the runny yolks like you would do with ur toast on your sunny side up breakfast plate :)Rambo wrote:How do you eat that? with a knife and fork?
