Thanks limey !

I think u'll really enjoy it.
I was contemplating drizzling some fresh Lemon Juice on top but opted out this time since I had my toughest critic about to taste it.
She was Anti Salmon till this, so next time I might go with the Lemon Juice.

Hey there GRails,
He didn't see him on here but I'm trying to get him to pop on.
He's a little set in his ways regarding technology so we'll see.
He saw the pics I sent to him up in Maine.
He's been itching ever since he saw them to make this. He intended on doing it this past week but threw a 7 boner Prime Rib in it instead.

I was wondering if he may be lurking and us not knowing it. Is he as good a cook as you are? And i can certainly understand the technology issues.

I'm not sure how to reply to that because I've always thought of myself as being more lucky than smart when it came to cooking. I've always felt like the " tools " available take the majority of the credit.
I do however say Thank you for the nice words, its very much appreciated.

As for my bro, he cooks very often and I've been able to pick up some good cooking habits from him. He's got a Big Easy, a Black Stone, a Can Cooker and a Akorn like me but doesn't use them nearly as much as I use mine.
He does a lot of Beer But Chickens, Venison, London Broil , Prime Rib and A.B.T's which is funny because he never knew that's what they were called till I told him when I first found out a few years back on here from O.U.P.
I'm hoping he's able to pop in here sometime.
If anything, he'll be sure to make you all laugh, he's a nut...
