Right Outta Da Box

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Mon Sep 10, 2018 2:11 pm

It's raining, we're running around putting outdoor furniture away. Grabbed a box of 'cheesy' hash brown potatoes. Added a handful of real chez, green onyawn, parsley, and a fistful of thawed, already cooked 'n' boned country rib meat. Another part-box of those french fried onyawns on top, and into a casserole, then the oven.

I make no excuses.... :laughing7: but it was pretty good.

I'm not gonna lie. That looks a complete mess. I LOVE it!! The messier, the better!!! I'd love to expand my potato repertoire, and this appears to be a good start.

Effective use of leftovers and pre packaged to make a tasty meal. That’s exactly why I vac seal and keep leftover Q in the freezer. I’d eat that!
