Breakfast Dinner

Postby rms827 » Thu Sep 06, 2018 9:48 pm

Did some scrambled eggs and Brisket hash for dinner tonight.

The scrambled eggs I do a bit different from most folks. I add a dash of milk to the eggs and mix them up in the blender with a bit of salt and pepper. Then into the frying pan. Makes them really fluffy and full bodied. Then when they're half cooked, I add in a bunch of shredded cheese. Almost an omelet.

The "hash" is just hash brown potato shreds and chopped brisket, topped with a bit of hot sauce on my plate, :D

Breakfast is one of my favorite dinners. We usually do it once every couple weeks. Hash is a great use of bbq leftovers too.

Looks real good.

That's how I mix the eggs for a frittata; in the blender. Great looking plate for sure!

She doesn't like corned beef hash? Have you made any yourself? My wife had the same opinion of corned beef until I made it for her for the first time. Now, she has an idea of what it SHOULD taste like. She still doesn't touch the store bought stuff though. Lol!
