After Parts fried meal the other day I had a serious craving…it means I had to dust off my Dad’s old cast iron fish fry pot and do some work on catfish. It’s always a happy moment when I break it out. My first memories of me cooking with Dad was frying fish and he loved this pot. The wife chipped in with some fried pickles because…well, why not?
Thanks for looking, it was a really good meal.

Very nice indeed. That breading on the fish turned out perfect too.
