If you have access to cold storage, give it a shot. It's a great flavorful affordable meal that goes really far.
Important thing is to cook all of the veggies first to the point of where they are just shy of being fully cooked and get them off of the heat as fast as you can. Then do the chicken until it's just cooked and then mix everything together, add the Teriyaki sauce and do high heat and stir quickly for another 5 or so minutes.
First attempt I messed up. Vegetables got a little soggy but this time it was perfect.
