Need to start using some leftover Clucker so I googled this Recipe for Lunch today.
Think I'll tweek it with green own-yawns instead of medium own-yawn, jalapeno instead of bell pepper, celery soup instead of cream of chicken and Jack Cheese instead of cheddar. More on the 12 o'clock news

I also left out the chili powder and cumin and instead I used Suckle Busters Chipotle Gunpowder

Re: Leftover Beer Can Bird Lunch
Lunch is down and this Recipe is UP UP on the top of my leftover chicken Recipe List that is.
Cook in the Oven at 350 until "bubbly" - - WOW
The Flavor is so different and Delicious
The only side was a Wheat Yeast Roll for pot liquor soppin and help to load the fork
As soon as this settles I'm going back for seconds
