My best Frittata to date

Postby egghead » Thu May 17, 2018 10:47 am

Sautéed some green onions and bell pepper before adding potatoes and corn left over from crawfish boil. Added three scrambled eggs then into the oven to cook the eggs. Topped with some cheese then under the broiler to crisp up. Flipped on to plate then topped with etouffee. OH BOY!!

Dang EH, that really looks good.

I was down in corpus a couple of weeks ago, the Black Diamond was closed, so my Aunt and I ended up eating at the Salt Water Grill.
