Hit the freezer and pulled out 2 smoked turkey legs and two wings leftover from either Thanksgiving or Christmas. Gonna simmer them down, debone, deskin and make a pot of multi bean soup! I love using leftover smoked turkey for soups, much leaner and just as tasty as ham hocks!
