Made and eaten last night. Chili (I beg your pardon, meat mess with beans), cheese, (and can you spot the Herdez Guac sauce?), picante, sour cream, cilantro.
We scooped it up with white corn chips.
EZ, sloppy, 'n' good!

I could eat that. My wife would say it looked like something the beer Boys put together at the deer lease.

That would definitely be scooped up in some corn chips. Very nice. Maybe even dunk a flour tortilla.

Re: Deconstructed taco.
Looks great.
Deconstructed taco though... Isn't that a tostada?
It's funny if you think about how much of Tex-Mex food changes name if you just change how it's presented...
EDIT, I guess it COULD be a tostada if it had a tostada "tortilla" underneath all that goodness. Missed that part the first read through.

Yes, thanks so much! I bet it would also taste great on chicken enchiladas. Or tostitos. Or whatever!
Thanks, everyone, this was EZ 'n' Fun.

What a mouthwatering sauce!
Looking forward to more camping trip with my family. I need a new tonneau cover to secure my equipment and pit.
