Postby daBertl » Mon Apr 09, 2018 3:28 am

Yesterday evening we planed to make some Walnut-Morels- Sausages. I prefered top watch Formula 1 so that we eat very late. But it was worth the waiting

And, by the way; in Texas we call them "Homemade".

You help us expand our food vocabulary and we're gonna put some Texas slang in you. :texas:

Dude !!
I bet that would go great with Eggs in a Breakfast Sammich !! Very good looking creation right there Bert !

As for your English, yours is better than alot of people that not only live here in the states, but even better than some that were born here so no worries about that. You are doing just fine.

Nice job! You really need to start a food blog! Your culinary and photography skills go hand in hand and that food blog can bring a little extra $$ in your pocket for a hobby you obviouly have a passion for.
Don't stop posting here though....I keep looking for your new posts.

Thx a lot @all
This really makes me a little bit proud, that I can delight you guys with my poor food 8) :laughing7:

Sometimes it is a bit manic that between some surgery i look what i can cook in the evening just for my Relaxation. I must admit, that it is really every day a relaxation for me to use one of my grills. Sometimes my wife wants to kill me but 10 Minutes later she cooks also or makes the fotos  :rose: She is my big powerbank with that i can do that all. Before we were married she stayed in Thailand and on weekends we facetimed about 20h each day, and on working days, i did the same, i do now, but we stayed together at phone.

So what i want to say is ...... that i forgot what i wanted to say
Just more than Thx at u all

For sure i will not stop this, but i have to look a little bit at my bikini shape 8) . So maybe some day u won´t hear anything of me :whiteflag:
