I hope there is no law against cooking corned beef and cabbage I a Cajun Classic. Maybe in Ireland but hopefully not in Texas.

I do my corned beef in a crock pot with carrots. Served with mustard sauce. Mashed potato and steamed cabbage. But occasionally I cheat and buy sliced from my local deli. Makes a great sammich.
