Fried Salmon is the admirals fav, especially fresh caught. A couple minutes in hot oil is all it takes.
I only used bout 1/3 of the fillet. The rest of it got vac packed and set in the fridge. Hoping to grille up the rest sometime this week.

Man , that's one heck of a fish, we can catch salmon about 40 mins drive from me but I havnt seen one that good. I too have never heard of deep fried. But I would try your way.
