Texas Chili Rippers
I don't know if it was the trees that are starting to bloom or the 70+ temps we've been enjoying that made me crave a Hot Dawg today. What ever it was, the itch has been sufficiently scratched (burp)

Yes, love the rippers. When we do chili we almost always have chili dogs at some point during th week and freeze enough to do them again at a later date.

Re: Texas Chili Rippers
thanks, Sailor, I must admit that they were probably the best I've had HOWEVER, I must also admit that I threw my first effort away last year and it took a while to get it right

Great Rippers, OUP! It makes me crave one.
Speaking of Coney, I spent alot of time as a child at Coney Island - on rides, in arcades and eating at Nathan's. Besides their hot dogs, they also had these great, thick, crinkle-cut fries.
